This program offers a structured, 1 year plan to help you start and scale a practice from the ground up. We typically meet virtually on a video conference call weekly or every other week.
We go through business entity setup, documentation, organization & logistics, learning marketing, and how to sell services successfully.
There is also an option to purchase the curriculum of Health Practice Accelerator as a self-paced course (this does not include coaching).
I also offer "a la carte" business coaching for practice owners and consultants who have already established their practices and are looking to take the next step.
